Enroll in Victor Elementary School District

Victor Elementary School District (VESD) serves students in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade at 18 schools in Victorville, California, including two charter schools. Each school offers unique programs and learning opportunities so families can choose the campus that best fits their child.

VESD is a district of choice, which means families may apply to attend any VESD school.

The district is organized into four quadrants. Free bus transportation is available to schools located within your residential quadrant.

Use the information on this page to learn about eligibility, school options, and how to enroll your student in Victor Elementary School District.

Currently Enrolling

  • Enrollment is now open for the 2026–2027 school year.
  • Families who need to enroll a student for the current 2025–2026 school year may still do so using the same online enrollment process.

1. Create or Log In to Your ParentVUE Account

If you are new to VESD, create a new ParentVUE account.
If you have previously enrolled a student at VESD, log in to your existing ParentVUE account.

2. Select Your Enrollment Packet

For the 2026–2027 school year:

  • New Student Registration 2026–2027
  • Returning ReEnroll Registration 2026–2027

If you are enrolling a student for this school year, select the 2025–2026 enrollment packet.

3. Complete the Enrollment Packet

Carefully follow the on-screen prompts in ParentVUE to enter the required enrollment information. The system will guide you through each step of the process.

You will select your school site near the end of the enrollment packet.

If you need assistance, please contact your school site.

4. Lottery Schools (Apply Through ParentVUE)

The following schools require a lottery application through ParentVUE:

  • Discovery
  • Endeavour
  • Galileo
  • Sixth Street Prep
  • West Palms Conservatory

After logging into ParentVUE:

Under the 2026–2027 School Year, select Lottery Application.

  • Applications received after April 28, 2026, will be placed at the end of the waitlist.
  • Lottery and waitlist applications do not carry over from year to year and must be submitted annually.
  • If you live outside of the district boundaries and are not currently on an approved Inter-District transfer, do not apply for lottery application at this time. Please follow the steps listed under the Interdistrict Transfers section.

After the lottery is conducted, you can check the Status tab in your ParentVUE account to see if your child:

  • received a spot, or
  • was placed on the waitlist

If your child receives a spot, you must "Accept the Offer" in ParentVUE to continue the enrollment process.

Mountain View Montessori does not use ParentVUE for lottery applications. Please apply using the Montessori Lottery / Wait List form on the Mountain View Montessori Family Resources page.

5. Upload Required Documents

During the enrollment process, you will be asked to upload required documents.
See Required Documents for Enrollment below for the complete list.

If you have questions about the documents or are unable to upload them, please contact the school site directly for assistance.

6. Special Education / 504 Plans

If your student receives special education services and has a current IEP or 504 Plan, please bring a copy to the school site where you are enrolling.

Additional Information

If you have questions about the enrollment process or need assistance with ParentVUE, please contact your student’s school site.

Please note that some schools may reach capacity. If a school fills, a lottery may be conducted, and some students may be placed on a waitlist. Our team will ensure your student is placed at a school with available space.
